New Business Sales Executive

The role

Self generating your own leads adopting a consultative approach, completing the full 360 sale yourself. Your aim is to build strong relationships with your prospect whilst introducing them to the Pint Sized Giants Product Range.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identifies potential business opportunities (i.e. prospecting)
  • Convert Prospect to leads and follow them down the sales funnel
  • Meet or exceeds the order intake targets
  • Accurately forecasts sales prospects
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with management
  • Engage Prospects to develop new account opportunities
  • Perform consultation and negotiates deals
  • Build and maintain knowledge of market.
  • Upkeep of relevant information sales information.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed opportunity, including prospects for the week/month

Digital Telesales Executive

We’re looking for an enthusiastic team player with drive and determination to make things happen. You will be type of person that can be relied upon to set high standards and consistently achieve them. You’re a self-starter with a passion for success.

The Role

This is a varied and rewarding opportunity. You’ll be generating new leads through telesales activities, following-up on those leads, and converting them into sales.  You’ll manage your pipeline to ensure you hit targets, and work closely with other departments to generate revenue to support company growth.

You

You’ll come to us with at least 1 year of experience in a digital sales role, excellent telephone and communication skills. You’ll be professional and represent our firm to the highest standards at all times.

You will have at least 5 GCSE including Maths and English to grade C. You will have the ability to write professional emails and read professional standards and procedure documents. You will have experience in managing a CRM and contact database.

Most importantly, you will be completely comfortable in picking up the phone and making connections with new prospects.

Finally, you must live locally to Pint Sized Giants’ head office in Bedford
